Snowboard Jackets
Snowboard Jackets & Ski Jackets . . .
. . . Spot the difference! Emmm, I can’t really. There isn’t much of a difference in a snowboard jacket and a ski jacket, I mean, they’re both developed for the same thing really (ouch, waiting for repercussions for that one). A ski jacket is designed for the wearer to go hurtling down a snowy mountain slope on two bits of wood pointing roughly in the same direction, and a snowboard jacket is designed for the wearer to go hurtling down a snowy mountain slope on one plank of wood, with his feet one behind the other. They’ve both gotta keep you warm, dry, allow freedom of movement, have a little ventilation to stop you getting all hot and sweaty on the inside, have plenty of pockets and look stylish . . . actually, if we’re talking stylish maybe the snowboard jackets just about win on that mark, but that doesn’t mean that skiers who want to look cool can’t wear snowboard jackets, and snowboarders with a more “conservative” nature can’t wear ski jackets.
Seriously OUCH! I think some of those snow boarders need snowboarding jackets with body armor don’t you? And maybe even a parachute!
