Camping & Trail Caps

Camping & Trail Caps are pretty similar to any other type of ball cap . . . without the name of your favorite ball team emblazoned across the front, although, to be fair, there’s nothing to stop you from wearing a cap from your favorite ball team while you’re hiking if that’s what you want to do.

Camping & trail caps which are specifically designed for hiking might, however, have one or two features which will suit the overall hiking experience just a little better;

  • Hiking caps which are made from breathable fabric can stop you from getting “sweaty head” on the uphill climbs on a sunny afternoons hike.
  • Hiking caps with a nice fleecy lining add a little extra warmth on a chilly hiking adventure.
  • Trail caps which have drop down ear flaps can give that little extra warmth around the ears when needed.
  • Hiking caps with a good sized brim give extra protection from the sun.

 How many caps did he expect them to use in one season? Hell, my hiking cap has been good for years . . . You can wash ‘em you know!

Ha ha, I just added this for all hikers who do care about their “street cred” . . . or should it be “trail cred”.
